Zenda is committed to protecting customer and merchant data. This page summarises how we collect, process, and safeguard the information entrusted to us.
Information we collect
We collect account details, booking information, payment confirmations, and limited device information to secure your account. Optional marketing preferences are captured only when you explicitly opt in.
How we use data
Data is used to operate the booking flow, send confirmations, process deposits, and improve product reliability. We never sell personal information and limit access to trained team members and vetted processors.
Retention
Booking and payout records are retained for the duration of your merchant relationship and for any longer period required by financial regulations.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@zenda.app. Where deletion is not possible due to legal obligations, we will explain the reason and scope.
International transfers
Zenda uses cloud infrastructure hosted outside some of the countries we serve. We implement contractual safeguards to keep data protected during these transfers.
Third-party services
Payment processors, SMS gateways, and analytics providers only receive the minimum data required to provide their service. Each partner is bound by confidentiality and data protection terms.
