Customer data

Customer information collected through Zenda may only be used to deliver booked services, communicate about appointments, and satisfy lawful operational needs.

Platform use

You may not use Zenda for fraud, harassment, malware distribution, or other unlawful activity. We may suspend access if we detect abuse or serious risk.

Service changes

We may improve, update, or retire parts of the platform over time. When changes materially affect your use of Zenda, we will aim to give reasonable notice.
