Thank you for choosing Zenda. These Terms describe the commitments we make to merchants and the expectations we have for anyone who uses the platform. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement overview
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zenda platform, including booking widgets, merchant dashboards, and supporting APIs. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
2. Merchant accounts
Merchants must provide accurate business information, maintain a secure password, and ensure that any services listed on Zenda comply with applicable local regulations. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, inactive, or violate these obligations.
3. Payments and fees
Deposits and settlement payouts are facilitated through trusted payment partners. You authorize Zenda to collect fees and remit payouts on your behalf. Applicable payment processing fees, chargebacks, or withholding requirements will be communicated during onboarding.
4. Customer data
You may only use customer information collected via Zenda to deliver the requested service or communicate about a booking. Sharing, selling, or otherwise misusing personal data is strictly prohibited.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload malware, harass customers, or use the platform for illegal activities. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access if we suspect abuse.
6. Service changes
We may update the platform, introduce new features, or discontinue components when necessary. We will provide notice when material changes impact your use of the service.
