What happens if I exceed my booking limit on the Starter plan?
If you reach 50 bookings in a month on the Starter plan, we'll prompt you to upgrade to Professional. You'll get notified before you hit the limit so you can plan ahead—bookings never just stop.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
Absolutely not! The price you see is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no surprises. The only additional cost is the standard transaction fee (2.9% + $0.30) which is industry-standard for payment processing.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! When you choose annual billing, you save 20% compared to monthly billing. The Professional plan drops from $29/month to $278/year—a savings of $70 every year.
What payment methods do you accept for subscriptions?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as mobile money payments. Enterprise customers can also arrange bank transfers and custom invoicing.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, contact our support team and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
