How does Zenda work?

Zenda creates a custom booking link for your business that you can share anywhere—on social media, WhatsApp, your website, or in person via QR code. When customers click your link, they can see your availability, choose a time slot, and pay instantly through mobile money, card, or cash on-site. You receive an immediate notification and can manage everything from your dashboard.

What payment methods do you support?

We support multiple payment methods to give you and your customers flexibility:

  • Mobile Money: M-Pesa, Orange Money, Airtel Money, and other local providers.
  • Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard, and local payment cards.
  • Cash on Site: Option to collect payment in person with manual confirmation.
How much does Zenda cost?

  • Starter (Free): Up to 50 bookings/month with essential features.
  • Professional ($29/month): Unlimited bookings, automated reminders, and analytics.
  • Business ($79/month): Multi-location support, team accounts, and dedicated support.

All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Transaction fees apply based on payment method (typically 2-3%).

How does the WhatsApp bot work?

The WhatsApp bot is an automated assistant that handles bookings through WhatsApp conversations. Here’s how it works:

  1. Connect your business WhatsApp number to Zenda.
  2. Customers message your number to book a service.
  3. The bot shows available time slots and collects booking details.
  4. It sends a secure payment link for instant payment.
  5. Confirmation and reminders are sent automatically.

The bot works 24/7, so you never miss a booking opportunity—even while you sleep!

Is my data and payment information secure?

Absolutely! Security is our top priority. We implement multiple layers of protection:

Which countries is Zenda available in?

Zenda is currently available in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) with full functionality including mobile money integration, local payment methods, and customer support in French and Lingala.

How quickly will I receive payments?

  • Card Payments: 1–2 business days for settlement.
  • Cash on Site: Collected directly by you at time of service.

There are no holding periods or delayed payouts—you get access to your money as fast as the payment network allows.

Can I have multiple team members using Zenda?

Yes! Team member accounts are available on our Business plan ($79/month). You can add multiple team members, each with their own login, calendar, and booking permissions.

Perfect for salons with multiple stylists, clinics with several doctors, or any business with multiple service providers. Each team member can manage their own schedule while you maintain oversight of all bookings.
